Olivastra Extra Virgin Olive Oil
The Olivastra is a native variety of the village of Seggiano, on the slopes of Monte Amiata, where Filippo Fanti’s mother was born.
She as well was an olive-grower and producer of this prestigious variety. Now as then, from this little olive grove, olives are harvested earlier and give an oil which is fine, light, and with a very low fat content.
These qualities make the Olivastra olive oil one of the most prestigious in the world.
