Sant’Antimo DOC Vin Santo
According to the Tuscan tradition, Fanti has always produced the Vin Santo following the family centuries-old recipe: over three months of drying of the grapes (Trebbiano, Malvasia and San Colombano) and six years of ageing in “caratelli”.
As Filippo says: “From one berry, only one drop of Vin Santo.”
