Wildflower Honey


Montalcino is not only a land of great wines but also of a noble and ancient treasure: honey. This historical and excellent production is the reason that led Elisa and Filippo Fanti to start collaborating with a family of local beekeepers who have been producing Montalcino yellow gold for generations.

The biodiversity of the territory is contained in this jar.

The millefiori is in fact the result of mixing the nectar collected by bees from countless floral varieties of the Montalcino area inside the beehive.

The wildflower honey thus encloses the authentic scents of the Val d’Orcia: the color is clear and the taste is surprisingly delicate.
